1. Returns Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items in their original, unused condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included

2. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation (via email or printed) is required for every return .
3. Eligible & Non-Eligible Items

Items that are unused, unopened, and in as-delivered condition.
⚠️ Ineligible for return
Defective or damaged items due to customer misuse.
“Final sale” or “Clearance” items marked at a discount

4. Return Process
Contact us first within 14 days:

Provide your Order ID and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Please use a trackable shipping method. Returns due to change of mind may incur a restocking fee.
5. Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will email you about approval or rejection.
If approved: refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If rejected: we’ll explain why and offer exchange or return shipping options.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
Check your bank or mobile money statement.
Contact your bank/provider.

7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
Process:
Email us with your Order ID and photos.
Follow instructions to ship the item back for exchange listing same model/item.
8. Shipping Fees
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we delivered a defective or incorrect item.
A trackable service is strongly recommended—Lawdus is not responsible for lost return shipments.
